Membership fee is not refundable or adjustable.
- There will be no publication of 'Suggests' and 'Alerts' on Saturdays and Sundays of every week and on certified holidays of NSEI. There will also be no publication on the days we have holidays as given in 'Our Holidays' page. Because of these holidays, TradeKarisma will not be liable for any "make-good" or any other compensation whatsoever nor for any loss/damage/etc. that any member might face. Membership fee is not refundable or adjustable.
- It is expected that on certain days we will not be in a position to send SMS or publish 'Suggests' and 'Alerts' due to system failure, mechanical malfunction, power disruption, natural calamities, human shortcomings, accidents or any other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the situation is to be accepted as-is and no discussions will be permitted on cause, extent, etc. However, TradeKarisma may consider, at its own descretion, to compensate for the number of days lost to active regular members only. TradeKarisma will have the sole authority to decide how many days to compensate for, if at all, and the decision will be final and binding. In all such events, TradeKarisma will not be liable for any other compensation whatsoever nor for any loss/damage/etc. that any member might face.
- On any given day, it is quite possible that any combination of the 'Suggests', or maybe all of them, turn out to be non productive — or may even put a member in a loss situation following our best guidelines. This is part of the game and all members will have to accept it. In all such events, TradeKarisma will not be liable for any compensation whatsoever nor for any loss/damage/etc. that any member might face.
- Past Performance analysis gives what we thought were good entry/exit points, and the expected profit from such action. Exact entry and exit points of any member may have been totally different, and it is possible that a member had made a profit/loss which is far different from what we have shown. Again, this is part of the game and all members will have to accept it. In all such events, TradeKarisma will not be liable for any compensation whatsoever nor for any loss/damage/etc. that any member might face.
- It will be our endeavour to send our 'Suggests' and 'Alerts' by SMS during trading hours giving members ample time to take appropriate action. Exception to this, and its timing, may occur on certain days as the SMS goes through a service provider whose functions are not under our direct control. There may be other reasons for non-delivery or late-delivery of SMS that are outside our control. For example: network congestion, in-box full, mobile switched off, call-drop, etc.
- It will be our endeavour to send our daily-morning 'Alerts' by 11amIST every trade-day morning, and update our Past Performance analysis every trade-day evening around 9pmIST. Exception to these timings may occur on certain days. We will then try to upload the Analysis asap.
- All disputes subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
